Cancellation Policy

Drop-In Ringette Waiting List Policy Purpose: To provide a clear and fair process for managing the waiting list for drop-in ringette sessions and ensure equitable access to available spots. Fee: The fee for each drop-in ringette session is $25 per player per session. Payment must be made in full prior to stepping on the ice. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session. Eligibility: All players must have completed the required registration and waiver forms prior to being added to the waiting list. Players must meet the age and skill level requirements for the drop-in session. Waiting List Process: Joining the List: If a session is full, interested players may request to be added to the waiting list by contacting Info@ringetteforlife.com. Waiting lists are maintained on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification: If a spot becomes available, the next person on the list will be contacted by [email/text/phone] and given 6 hours to confirm and pay. If there is no response within the specified time, the next person on the list will be contacted. Confirmation and Payment: Once confirmed, payment must be completed online or via e-transfer to secure the spot. Unpaid spots will not be held. Cancellation Policy: Players who cancel at least 24 hours before the session may request a credit for a future session. No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows unless due to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the program coordinator. Additional Notes: Goalies may be exempt from payment, subject to availability and program policy.
