Cancellation Policy

For cancellations requests more than 7 days prior to start date, full refund less $25.00 processing fee will be processed. Cancellation requests will not be accepted less than 7 days prior to start date. Accommodations for a substitution may be considered on a case by case basis. The original registrant will be responsible for collecting substitute participant payment.
